KL250 - Day three
Exhaust off to Powells Garage who may be able to fashion a stainless 'alternative' system for me. Frame and steel work back from Blast Clean for stripping and powder coating black £190 - nice job as always.
Motor on the bench for cleaning up and kickstarter oil seal replacement.

KL250 Day two
Nice thing about little bikes is that they don't take too much to strip down. Every thing came apart pretty well but lots of 'ODD' bolts and wiring. Separated everything into -
bit's and bobs for plating
metalwork for powder coating
electrics for tidying
plastics tank and bodywork for painting
exhaust for repair
forks for resealing and polishing
Engine for cleaning
Off to Blast clean tomorrow for blast stripping and powder coating.
